What you earn
Commission is a percentage of every invoice the customer actually pays, not a one-off finder's fee. The 30% window runs for 12 months from the day that site's licence is bound to you, and it is counted per customer, so a site you refer next year still gets its own full first year at 30%.

Refer five sites on the annual licence and that is A$3,750 in the first year, then A$1,250 a year recurring for as long as they keep renewing. There is no cap on how many sites you refer and no expiry on the ongoing 10%.

You get a link
Your own referral link, in the form eomeasy.com/r/yourcode. Share it however you like: email, a proposal, a talk, your own site.
The referral sticks for 90 days
Clicking your link sets a referral cookie that lasts 90 days and survives the checkout redirect, so a site that reads about it in March and buys in May is still yours.
You get paid on every invoice
When they pay, commission accrues against your account automatically. Watch it in your dashboard alongside referred sites and their renewal dates.
Getting paid
Commission accrues when an invoice is paid, not when someone signs up, so nothing you see in the dashboard is provisional. It is calculated on the gross amount collected, including GST: 30% of a A$2,500 site licence is A$750, of which A$68.18 is GST.
You enter your own ABN and GST status in the dashboard, and you can change them later. If you are registered for GST, you invoice the full GST-inclusive amount. If you are not, you are paid the GST-exclusive equivalent instead, which leaves you in the same position either way.
A note on ABNs
You do not need an ABN to join, but we pay against a valid one. Without an ABN, the ATO's no-ABN withholding rules generally oblige us to withhold 47% and remit it, which you then have to reclaim. If you do not have one and do not want one, tell us and we will work out how to handle it before any money is owed.

It suits people who can speak to the workflow. We would rather have a handful of affiliates who understand what the tool does than a long list of links, which is why applications are read by a person rather than approved automatically.

How do I apply?
Email hello@eomeasy.com and tell us who you are and who you work with. There is no form to fill in. We set up your account, send you your link, and you can sign in to the dashboard from there.
When do I actually get paid?
After the customer's invoice clears. Commission shows as owed in your dashboard as soon as it accrues, and is settled once your payout details are on file. We will always confirm the amount with you before paying it.
What happens when a site renews?
You earn again. The site stays attributed to you for the life of the account, at 30% inside the first 12 months and 10% on every renewal after that. Your dashboard lists each referred site with its renewal date so you can see what is coming.
What if two affiliates refer the same site?
The most recent link they clicked in the previous 90 days is the one that counts. It binds to the site at the moment of purchase and binds once, so it never moves to someone else afterwards.
Can I refer my own company?
No. The program is for introducing EOMeasy to other people's sites, not for discounting your own licence. If you want a licence for your own operation, talk to us about that directly.
Are the rates the same for everyone?
30% for 12 months then 10% is the standard rate, and it is what you get unless we have agreed something else in writing. Partners who bring volume or take on part of the support conversation can be moved to a lifetime rate. Any rate change applies to future commission only: nothing already accrued is ever recalculated.
Do you give affiliates access to customer data?
No. You see the site name, when it came on, and when it renews, which is what you need to follow up. You never see survey data, and neither do we: EOMeasy runs entirely on the customer's own machine and uploads nothing.
